Designed, engineered and manufactured in-house, each and every RAP II-tool is brimming with innovative featuresfrom lightweight, ergonomic machined-aluminum side plates with integrated magnetic quick-link holders to longer hardened steel tool bits for easier access to hard-to-reach-bolts. The steel tool bits are made with our Black Anti-Corrosion Technology for increased corrosion resistance. What does Online Exclusive mean?
Online Exclusive items are not stocked on our showroom floor. They are ordered in from our supplier once you place your order and usually arrive within 7 days.
When will my order be dispatched?
Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 7 days. Online Exclusive items are dispatched once they reach our fulfilment centre or store.
Can I pick this up in store?
Yes. Select Pickup in Store at checkout. If your item is Online Exclusive, please allow up to 7 days for it to arrive at our South Melbourne showroom. We will notify you when it is ready to collect.
How long does delivery take?
Smaller items such as apparel, parts and accessories are delivered within 7 days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.
Can I return this product?
Most items can be returned for a credit note or exchange within 30 days if unused and in original condition. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
