Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated during checkout. Any special requests must be mentioned at this time.

Click and Collect
We offer a Click and Collect service within Victoria from our South Melbourne Showroom at 240 Kings Way. Collection hours are:

Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
Saturday: 9am to 5pm

Delivery Address Requirements
A street address is required for delivery, as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If your delivery address changes, please inform us before dispatch by emailing hello@bikenow.com.au. A re-delivery fee may apply if the order is returned due to an incorrect address.

Extra Freight Costs
bikeNOW reserves the right to request additional shipping charges for remote or rural areas or for large/heavy orders.

Small Items Dispatch & Delivery Times
Small items include easily packaged items such as apparel, parts, and accessories, excluding bulky items like bicycles, racks, and trainers. Dispatch times are:
  • Australia-wide: 1-3 business days from our South Melbourne Showroom.

We use various carriers, including Direct Freight and Australia Post. Tracking details will be sent via email or SMS once your order has been booked. Check your spam or junk mail before contacting our team, as estimated delivery dates may change.

Large Items Dispatch & Delivery Times
Bulky or sensitive items, such as bicycles, racks, and trainers, may take longer to ship:
  • Melbourne Metro: 3-5 business days dispatch.
  • NSW/ACT/QLD/SA: 5-8 business days dispatch.
  • WA/NT/TAS: For certain products, please contact our team for a personalised quote at hello@bikenow.com.au.
Large Items Carrier Information
We use Direct Freight and Australia Post for large items. Tracking details will be provided via email or SMS. Please ensure you check your spam or junk mail before sending inquiries. Delivery dates may change, so monitor your tracking regularly.

Lost or Damaged Goods

Showroom Pickup
If you opt for pickup and have been notified that your order is ready, you can collect it from 240 Kings Way, South Melbourne, Victoria, 3205, between 9am-6pm on weekdays or 9am-5pm on Saturdays. Ensure you bring the appropriate vehicle, assistance if necessary, and your photo ID or a signed authorisation letter if someone else is picking up the order.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $200, excluding bicycles. Free shipping may automatically appear during checkout for eligible orders. Please note that free shipping is not available for bicycles.
