As a Sales Consultant at bikeNOW, you’ll be a key player in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. Your focus will be on creating lasting customer relationships, understanding their unique needs, and helping them find the perfect products for their cycling journey. You’ll take ownership of daily operations in the customer sector, from hitting sales targets to managing special orders and ensuring the showroom is well-presented, with products that stay on trend.
We’re more than just a bicycle store - we create custom-tailored cycling programs for Victorian schools as part of their Outdoor Education syllabus, and we’re always looking to grow our team to expand these offerings. With partnerships across more than 20 Victorian schools, we deliver programs both in-school and off-campus, ranging from day trips to week-long camps. Our programs offer a wide variety of experiences, designed to fit the unique needs of each school.
