Shipping & Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide using trusted third-party transport companies and premium delivery services, ensuring bicycles, equipment, and accessories are handled with care.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Your final shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout, this is dependent on your order size and location.

How long does it take to dispatch an order?

For small items, such as apparel, parts, and accessories, we will dispatch your order within 1 - 3 business days. You will receive an email notification regarding your tracking details once dispatched from the showroom.

For larger items, we will dispatch your order within 3 - 5 business days. You will receive an email or SMS that includes your tracking details once your order is dispatched.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details. Please check your spam or junk folder for this information before contacting us.

Can I pick up my order from your showroom?

Yes, if you’ve selected showroom pickup, you can collect your order from our South Melbourne Showroom once you’ve been notified it’s ready.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $200, excluding bicycles. If your order qualifies, free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout. Please note that free shipping does not apply to bicycles.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes, we offer credit notes or exchanges for most items returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in saleable condition and in their original packaging. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

What is your policy on special orders?

For special orders, a deposit is required to secure your purchase:

Orders over $5,000: 50% deposit
Orders under $5,000: 25% deposit

When will my refund be processed?

Once your item(s) is back in our showroom, we will process your refund.
For a change of mind, a digital gift card or credit on your account will be arranged, and this will be available to you within 1 - 3 business days of receiving your item.

For refunds, once you have received an email regarding your refund notification, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. These funds may take up to 10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.

What if I want to request a refund?

If you would like to request a refund, please fill out the Refund Request Form on our website, and we will be in touch with you shortly.
