Returns FAQs
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. Most products can be returned within 30 days for a credit note or exchange, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, unworn and in its original packaging. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, sanitary products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items or gift cards.
Who covers the cost of return shipping?
If you are returning an item due to change of mind, the return shipping cost is your responsibility. Items must be sent back to our South Melbourne showroom.
How do I request an exchange or store credit?
Submit a Returns Request Form on our website within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your credit note or send your exchange. All store credits are valid for 12 months.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Include photos and a brief description so our team can assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement or appropriate resolution.
How do warranty claims work?
All bikes, parts and accessories are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, impact damage or unauthorised modifications. Bring the item and proof of purchase to our showroom and we will assist with the warranty process.
