In-Store Pickup Terms

By selecting In-Store Pickup, you agree to the following:

Verification Required at Pickup
To collect your order, you must present:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Australian Driver’s Licence or Passport).
  
• The card used to make the purchase.
  
• Proof of address matching the billing address provided at checkout.

We hold the right to verify your identity and card details at the time of collection. If you cannot produce the above, or if the details do not match the order, we may:

• Refuse to release the goods; and
• Cancel the order and issue a refund to the original card

This verification is required to help protect against fraud and unauthorised transactions.

By placing your order with In-Store Pickup, you confirm that the person collecting the order is the same person whose name appears on the payment card and ID.
