At bikeNOW, orders are fulfilled either from our South Melbourne showroom or from our distribution partner, the Specialized Distribution Centre. Dispatch times vary depending on where your item is coming from and the type of product ordered.

The pickup or fulfilment location is shown at checkout and may differ between products.

Pickup in Store

If you choose Pickup in Store at checkout, we will notify you when your order is ready to collect from our South Melbourne showroom.

Please note, if the pickup location shows Specialized Distribution Centre, this means the item will first arrive at our showroom from our fulfilment partner. Please allow up to 7 days for the item to arrive in store. Once it has arrived and is ready, we will notify you to collect it.

Fulfilment Locations

Orders placed through bikeNOW are fulfilled either from our South Melbourne showroom or from our distribution partner, the Specialized Distribution Centre.

Small Items Dispatch and Delivery Times

Small items include apparel, parts and accessories. This excludes bulky items such as bicycles, racks and trainers.

From our South Melbourne showroom

Australia wide dispatch within 1 to 3 business days.

From our distribution partner (Specialized Distribution Centre)

Australia wide dispatch within 1 to 4 business days. These orders are packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner. bikeNOW oversees the order and provides tracking once dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

Small Items Carrier Information

We use trusted carriers including Australia Post and Direct Freight.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email or SMS. Please check your spam or junk folder before contacting our team.

Orders fulfilled by our distribution partner are shipped directly from their warehouse. Tracking details are provided once the shipment has been booked.

Large Items Dispatch and Delivery Times

Large or sensitive items include bicycles, racks and trainers. These items require additional handling and preparation.

Dispatch within 3 to 5 business days.

From our Distribution Partner

Large items are first transferred from the warehouse to our South Melbourne showroom. This can take up to 5 business days. Once received, items may require additional preparation or packing time of up to 2 business days before dispatch.

Estimated total dispatch time is 4 to 7 business days.

NSW, ACT, QLD, SA and TAS

Dispatch within 5 to 8 business days.

If the item is sourced from our distribution partner, it must first arrive at our South Melbourne showroom before being prepared and shipped. This can add additional time depending on the item and location.

WA and NT

For large items being delivered to WA or NT, please contact our team for a personalised quote at hello@bikenow.com.au

Large Items Carrier Information

Large items are shipped using carriers such as Direct Freight and Australia Post.

Tracking details will be provided via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched. Please check your spam or junk folder before contacting our team, as delivery timeframes may change.

Delivery Address Requirements

A street address is required for delivery, as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at hello@bikenow.com.au before dispatch. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re delivery fee may apply.

Extra Freight Costs

Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or rural locations, or for large and heavy orders.

bikeNOW reserves the right to contact you to confirm any additional freight costs prior to dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details and delivery instructions.

Lost or Damaged Goods

Please inspect your items upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 24 hours at hello@bikenow.com.au, including photos and order details, so we can assist.

Shipping and Delivery Delays

While we aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes outlined above, delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to weather events, natural disasters, or carrier availability.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $200, excluding bicycles.

Free shipping will automatically appear at checkout for eligible orders. Please note that free shipping does not apply to bicycles.
