Shuffle 2 Helmet

Through an exclusive partnership with KTH Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Mips, we shared our helmet’s CAD designs and studied the malleable skulls of young children with Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Because children’s heads are softer and still growing, using low-density foam - and more of it - was the outcome of this partnership.

DATA-DRIVEN INNOVATION: As a result of our KTH and Mips partnership, the Shuffle 2 increased the amount of low-density foam inside by 18%, only increasing the overall size of the helmet by 5%.

COMFORT: The Shuffle 2 may have the latest and greatest technology inside, but that only matters when the helmet is worn properly. That’s why Shuffle 2 features specific child oriented sizing and our SX headset fit system, to help it stay properly fitted and comfortable, whenever it is worn. The easy-to-use tri-fix web splitter makes getting a ‘fuss-free’ fit incredibly simple, all adding up to a helmet they’ll beg to wear.
