As 2024 draws to a close, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the year gone by at bikeNOW and express my gratitude for your continued support. It's been a rewarding year, and as we look forward to 2025, we are more excited than ever to be a trusted partner in your cycling journey.

We’ve had the privilege of serving over 50,000 customers nationwide and are proud to have:

• Helped 1,200 people find the perfect new bike Given 4,000 riders that “new bike feeling” through our workshop
• Introduced 25,000 kids to mountain biking through our education programs
• Guided our bikeNOW Europe customers on a 5,000 km journey across Europe
• Built two more custom bike transport trailers for your events
• Facilitated mechanical support for ironman events, including the World Championships in Taupo

None of this would be possible without your ongoing support. You’re the reason the bikeNOW team show up excited to work each day, and we're all deeply grateful for the trust you place in us. The past two years have been full of challenges for the bike industry, but as a family-owned business, we’ve faced them with resilience and gratitude. Looking ahead to 2025, we’re filled with optimism and enthusiasm for the opportunities that lie ahead.
